Emmy Katz, PA-C trained in Functional Medicine
Emmy is a Physician Assistant practicing medicine at the The Center for Rheumatology in Schenectady, New York. After completing her Bachelors degree, she continued her education through The University of Vermont Post Baccalaureate Premedical Program while working as a researcher for the UVM College of Medicine. She completed her Physician Assistant Studies graduating as the valedictorian of the class. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and has worked as a Physician Assistant specializing in Hospital Medicine and Emergency Medicine. She has experience practicing medicine at well-respected institutions including Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Emmy incorporates her passion for wellness, nutrition, and holistic health in her approach to helping patients. Outside of work you can find her on her yoga mat, cycling or skiing in the Adirondacks. Can't wait to hear what she has to share!
Erin Holt, Board Certified Integrative & Functional Nutritionist
Erin blends science, experience, and humor for a unique and customized approach to nutrition counseling and holistic health. Erin has been practicing nutrition for 7 years, and has furthered her nutrition education through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. Erin is also a registered yoga teacher and a holistic health coach.
She is a total wealth of knowledge with all the research she studies to keep us all up to date with the newest information out there!

Katie Semro, Fermentation Expert of Shipwreck Ferments
Katie Semro is a self-taught fermentation expert and former owner of Shipwreck Ferments, a small company that made fermented vegetables with local ingredients. She now runs fermentation workshops and is training as a Functional Health Coach with the Kresser Institute. She loves working with people to help them combine good health and good food. She encourages everyone to eat fermented foods to support their gut health and delight their taste buds!
